Keith Alexander

Managing Partner, Engineering and Quality President, ARC Engineering

Keith is the Engineering and Quality President at ARC Engineering, with responsibility for providing Leadership for ARC in the winning of new accounts and cultivating lasting partnerships. He brings 25+ years of expertise in Design Drafting/Engineering, Development Engine Assembly, Production Engine Assembly, Quality Management, Environmental Health and Safety Management, Shop Operations, Manufacturing Programs, Process Engineering, Lean and Six Sigma Process Improvement, Supply Chain Integration, Risk Mitigation/Abatement and Property Acquisition and Property Management.

Certified Black Belt in GE Six Sigma with 20+ years of project experience.
Certified Lean Leader with experience Leading and Facilitating more than 50+ Lean Events.
Experience Leading both ITO (Inquiry to Order) & OTR (Order to Remittance) Process Improvement Projects/Initiatives. Managing projects/initiatives with 1000+ personnel.

Keith holds a Masters Degree from the University of Cincinnati. He lives in Lebanon, Ohio where he enjoys property renovation, gardening/farming and the pleasures of grandparenting.

Joan Stevning

Managing Partner, ARC Medical

Joan brings over 20+ years of account management and recruitment experience within the medical field. Combining her biomedical background, expertise as an in-house Physician Recruiter and knowledge that spans the spectrum of medical specialties and fields, Joan’s purpose and passion honors the time-sensitive process of bringing together the top candidates with the best matched opportunities. With her dedication and obligation to the medical community she serves, Joan’s mantra of, “the right person for the best fit” drives her dedication to seek, create, and employ unconventional and creative means to source just the right candidate for the clients she serves.

Relationship building and learning your company culture are at the core of what she does best. Joan resides in Liberty Township, OH with her husband, Dan. Their 3 grown sons live all over different parts of the country (and she misses them) Joan holds a B.S. in BioMedical Communications from the College of Allied Medicine at The Ohio State University. She is also a certified healthcare recruiter through the National Association of Healthcare Recruitment. She enjoys reading, travel, mission trips to Central America, her 3 dogs, and Pilates.

Pat Gaspar

Director of Engineering, ARC Engineering

Patrick is a passionate Director of Engineering at ARC Engineering, with responsibility for winning new accounts and cultivating lasting partnerships. He brings 8+ years of expertise in strategic business development and project management, during which time he has amassed more than $12.5MM in revenue working with Fortune 500 clients.

Patrick’s greatest strengths are his leadership, drive and ability to deliver beyond expectations. He thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the client’s reach.

In addition to his professional achievements, Patrick is active in his community, volunteering with People Working Cooperatively. Patrick holds a bachelors degree from the University of Cincinnati. He lives in Cincinnati, where in his free time he enjoys outdoor activities and playing guitar.

AJ Forinash

Recruiting Director, ARC Technology

AJ is a Recruiter and Account executive with over 7 years of technical and financial sales experience. After starting out in business communication sales he transitioned into the staffing industry where he has partnered with small business owners to Fortune 500 companies to find elite talent in their respective markets. AJ specializes in IT recruiting where he primarily focuses but not limited to Software Developers, QA Analyst, Database Administrators, Systems Engineers, Network Engineers, and Business Analysts. After starting his career off selling products AJ was captivated by the difference he can make in candidates lives by helping them reach their professional goals in the staffing industry. AJ lives in Cincinnati, OH and holds a bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Marketing.

Chris Anderson

Recruiting Manager

Chris a versatile recruiter with direct industry experience in the Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, and
Medical fields. Chris spent 4.5 years in the Army as an Airborne Infantryman where he specialized in
communications and Heavy Weapons. He gained solid exposure to various technologies to help achieve
Military goals. He is skilled with infrastructure installations, troubleshooting, and administration. While
in the military Chris took a secondary role at a local performance shop setting up boring mills and
polishing for specified manufacturing machines.
After completing his service, Chris worked as an Anesthesia Technician for the Kettering Health Network
where he developed his medical industry knowledge and completed his medical degree. Chris took a
secondary role working for Faurecia as a Recruiter filling manufacturing positions ranging from Welders
to Quality Engineers.
Currently, Chris is working towards his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering at the University of
Cincinnati. Chris has developed a passion for helping people achieve career goals and has seamlessly
transitioned as a key fixture on our recruiting team.

Jake Brandner

Senior Recruiter

Jake is a Senior Recruiter with extensive experience in the Technical Support arena where he has gained exposure to a variety of environments. Seasoned in client support, Jake exhibits strong interpersonal skills that he utilizes to meet the needs of his clients. His passion, energy and dynamic way of critical thinking have led Jake to be a top producer at ARC. Jake primarily focuses on software development, infrastructure and engineering related positions where his top priority is to empower others while delivering exceptional results.

Josh Frakes

Account Director, ARC Technology

Josh is a senior account manager who recently moved into a Director role, bringing 6+ years of sales experience spread across Finance, Logistics, and Hospitality. He is currently finishing his studies as a double major in Administration & Marketing. He was a colligate athlete playing football at University of Mount Saint Joseph in Cincinnati, OH and Ashland University in Ashland, OH. Josh specializes in bringing on board new Information Technology Partners with evaluating and understanding all cultural aspects to fit their technical needs. Some interests are staying active with continuous weight training, basketball, yoga, traveling, and trying unique foods.
